Learning can be fun and funny and so can saving the earth...Thanks for sharing all your ideas...Now, if we can just find a way to make turning the lights off as much fun as tossing the glass into the dumpster!

The short film is very well done with a soft warm touch with the kids. Education is succinct rather than preachy. Film director clearly has talent

those faeries are alive and kickin' in more ways than i knew! loved it and love that you took the time to remind us that simple actions in our everyday lives are ways of fighting back. getting the kids in on it means there is hope in their bones to make a difference. and now i need to go find my sunglasses.

This is a superb video. I have known the film maker for eighteen years and have always been impressed by his film making acumen. I expected this video to be outstanding, and it was. It merged humor with a serious issue, and it was prescriptive. My family in Minneapolis does some of what the video suggests, but I am now inspired to do more. Thanks guys! Mike Courteau

Woow... good to hear the sound of such a determined voice. It sounds convincing... just as it should be! It stimulizes me to sit together with my kids and line up a list of things to keep in mind for the future. I guess that's what we will do this evening. And that's why this film is so inspiring.
Posted by: Gert Hermans | March 9, 2007 10:03 AM

I think we could learn a thing or two from your video here in the UK - we are years behind the rest of Europe and the US in recycling and energy saving. Great video both of us enjoyed it - where can we get the sunglasses?
Posted by: Helen and Sam | March 11, 2007 5:28 AM
Excellent video because it shows what you are doing not what someone else should do - gives practical ideas how to be environmentally friendly & for example, can easily be used in schools
Posted by: Ros, Finland | March 11, 2007 2:35 PM
very cool. Simple but important and effective message. Love the shades but you might be able to save even more electricity if you take shades off in the house ;>)
Posted by: Stu | March 11, 2007 4:34 PM
This is my favorite by far!! Fantastic job, really. Catchy, funny, emotional - love the sunglasses. I totally dig seeing the family in the center of this project. Obviously they're green evangelists, because the crowd of black shirts and sunglasses in someone's living room didn't come from nowhere. Way to involve your friends and neighbors in optimistic and fun activism, Family!
You guys are role models. Keep up the good work.

It's wonderful to see a believable, upbeat and helpful intergenerational and cross-community approach to addressing such an important problem. Too often attempts to address problems involve fingerpointing. This video joins hands and hearts across all the divides.
Posted by: Robin Whitely | March 13, 2007 6:21 PM
loved the pictures of the family and friends. Great message & wonderful video.
the dark glasses were a great way to present your message. The scene where the whole family are under the covers after turning down the thermostate was my favorite.,
