Over 40% of America's trash is paper. Americans receive almost 4 million tons of junk mail each year. Our use of paper contributes to global warming. Rather than trashing her junk mail, artist Jeannie Dunnigan reuses it to create works of art. In this video she uses a week's worth of junk mail and discarded plywood to create a portrait. You don't have to create a work of art with your junk mail, just recycle it.
